The Canadian-based sales agency and international sales division of Double Dutch Media has boarded worldwide rights to Michael Bartlett’s thriller.

RJ Mitte, Lindsey Haun and Blake Berris star in the story about a young caretaker and her boyfriend who occupy a strange house owned by a grieving couple on extended vacation.

Jon Manning produced House Of Last Things through his production company Brightwater Media alongside Bartlett. René Berndt served as executive producer.

“This is a film that grabs you and takes you through some exciting twists and turns,” Double Dutch president Jason Möring said. “We are absolutely thrilled to be able to bring this to the domestic and international market. We’ve had one buyer describe it as a cross between Donnie Darko and Twin Peaks.”
