Senior vp of theatrical marketing and distribution Dylan Wiley and other eOne executives are on the way out as the company shifts towards an “aggressive” ancillary strategy in light of the Phase 4 acquisition.

Patrick McDonough, Ryan Markowitz, Seanna Hore, Sejin Croninger and Walter Schmidt will also depart after a transition period as the LA-based theatrical business comes under the remit of new president of US film and distribution Berry Meyerowitz.

Sean Monson has been named evp of finance and operations, David Richardson evp of sales and marketing, Ian Goggins svp of on-demand and digital, Larry Greenberg svp of acquisitions, Ben Means svp of label management and Polly Beel vp of marketing.

The appointments reflect a US strategy shift towards “aggressive ancillary exploitation with strategic theatrical releases.”

Meyerowitz (pictured), who founded Phase 4 in 2009, oversees all aspects of film distribution in the US for eOne as well as the company’s North American label and children and family content distribution businesses.
