March shoot for futuristic action film backed by Emmett/Furla/Oasis Films.

K5 has boarded sales on Bruce Willis action Vice, co-starring Ambyr Childers (The Master) and Thomas Jane (The Mist) from director Brian A. Miller.

K5 will be selling the film at the European Film Market (EFM) in Berlin this week.

Lionsgate has taken US rights to the Emmett/Furla/Oasis Films backed-production, which is also financed by K5 Media Capital.

The film is set on a futuristic resort where synthetic humans serve the rich who live out their darkest fantasies.

The ‘humanoids’ are reset every night by the resort’s owner Julian (played by Willis), but one female employee Kelly (Childers) malfunctions and retains every terrifying memory. Realizing what the tourists are doing to the staff members, she sets out to exact revenge.

Production is due to get underway in Alabama in March.

Producers are Randall Emmett, George Furla of Emmett/Furla/Oasis Films and Adam Goldworm. Executive producers are K5’s Oliver Simon and Daniel Baur alongside Grindstone Entertainment’s Barry Brooker and Stan Wertlieb.

Writers are Andre Fabrizio and Jeremy Passmore (The Prince).
