Paris Kasidokostas-Latsis and Terry Dougas’ 1821 Media is partnering with the studio to develop the untitled adventure project.

The story is based on an original concept by Dougas and Warner Bros’ Jon Berg.

Grant Pierce Myers (The Maze Runner) will write the screenplay about treasure hunters who steal museums artifacts as they trawl through the criminal underworld in search of the greatest treasure of all time. 

Kasidokostas-Latsis and Dougas will produce alongside Roy Lee via his Vertigo Entertainment. 

1821 Media recently partnered with Lionsgate to adapt their graphic novel Romeo And Juliet: The War into a feature film with Stan Lee’s POW! Entertainment.  

They also produced Grandma and Jane Got A Gun and are executive producers on Doug Liman’s Mena starring Tom Cruise.
