Marking the studio's first collaboration with one ofItaly's top producers, Warner Bros Pictures Italy has teamed up with MaurizioTotti's 20-year-old Colorado Film on a local language black comedy that startsshooting in Milan next week.

The Bodyguard's Cure (La Cura Del Gorilla) stars Italian comedian Claudio Bisio and Stefania Rocca in astory about a bodyguard with a chequeredhistory who ends up leading the key characters through a chaotic inquest.

Adapted by Sandrone Dazieri and Pasquale from Dazieri'sbook of the same name, The Bodyguard's Cureis being directed by first-timer Carlo Sigon.

WarnerBros Italy will hold all rights on the title that marksthe studio's latest efforts to establish strong local-language production tiesacross Europe. Totti's producing credits include Gabriele Salvatores' mystery I'mNot Scared and the director's upcomingthriller Quo Vadis, Baby'

"La Cura DelGorilla is a fascinatingproject that will consolidate our role in the Italian production market," WarnerBros Pictures Italy managing director Paolo Ferrari said.
