Cinedigm has acquired worldwide rights to Absence, while in a separate deal Oscilloscope Laboratories will distribute About Sunny in North America.

Jimmy Loweree’s debut feature is s found footage horror film and will open late this year theatrically followed by VoD, digital, DVD and broadcast roll-out.

Cinedigm negotiated the Absence deal with Ben Weiss of Paradigm Agency.

O-Scope plans a Mar 19 VoD and digital release for About Sunny, Bryan Wizemann’s drama about a desperate single mother in Las Vegas. Lauren Ambrose stars.
