Tribeca Film has acquired all US rights to kidnap thriller Sleepless Night from Bac Films.

Frédéric Jardin directed the film, which premiered in Toronto and stars Tomer Sisley, Joey Starr, Julien Boisselier, Serge Riaboukine, Laurent Stocker and Birol Ünel.

Warner Bros recently acquired English-language remake rights.

Bac has sold rights to Icon in the UK, Tiberius in Germany, eOne in Canada, Luxor in Russia, California in Brazil and Domo Media in China and U-Media in Benelux.
