FilmDistrict has changed the named of Zac Efron rom-com Are We Officially Dating? to That Awkward Moment and has set a release date.

The film will be released wide on Jan 31, 2014. QED International handles sales outside the US.

Michael B Jordan, Miles Teller, Imogen Poots, Mackenzie Davis and Jessica Lucas round out the key cast in the story of three Manhattan hedonists.

Tom Gormican directs and Scott Aversano produces through his Aversano Pictures along with Justin Nappi and Kevin Turen of Treehouse Pictures and Andrew O’Connor.

John Friedberg, Manu Gargi, Michael Simkin, Jason Barrett, Efron and FilmDistrict’s Peter Schlessel and Lia Buman serve as executive producers.
