Regent Worldwide Sales and CineTel Films have entered into a strategic alliance for international sales of television and DVD rights.

The partners will jointly attend international markets and combine back office administration and rights management systems and will operate out of CineTel’s West Hollywood headquarters.

CineTel’s Paul Hertzberg will manage the alliance. Regent’s sales efforts will continue to be headed by Adam Wright and Liz Mackiewicz.

CineTel’s top sales executives will be Marcy Rubin and Eric Bernstein.

Regent and CineTel titles in Cannes this year include Little Ashes starring Robert Pattinson, Slamdance entry Weathergirl starring Tricia O’Kelly, Icarus directed by and starring Dolph Lundgren, and the remake of the 1978 cult horror film I Spit On Your Grave.
