The nominations for the 2026 Bafta Film Awards will be revealed today (Jan 27) at 12:00pm GMT

2025 Rising Star winner David Jonsson and Bafta-winner Aimee Lou Wood will present the nominations, which will be live-streamed on Bafta’s social channels, and above.

The Bafta Film Awards ceremony will take place on February 22 at the Southbank Centre’s Royal Festival Hall in London, with Scottish actor, writer, producer and TV host Alan Cumming presenting for the first time.

Picturehouse’s Clare Binns will receive the outstanding British contribution to cinema award.

The final, third round of voting opens tomorrow (Jan 28) to determine the winners.

As previously announced, Chase Infiniti, Miles Caton, Posy Sterling, Archie Madekwe, and Robert Aramayo have been nominated for the EE Rising Star award.
