EXCLUSIVE: The Secret Agent producer Erik Glijnis and Emilia Perez producer Nicolas Celis are among 12 producers selected for the fifth edition of ACE Leadership Special, the business workshop hosted by the ACE Producers network.
The 2026 edition will take place in Vinkeveen in the Netherlands in June, and at FilmCamp in Overbygd in Norway in September, with additional online elements over the summer.

The ACE Leadership Special programme aims to give producers the tools to provide effective leadership for their production companies, and create productive and harmonious work environments.
It is supported by the Netherlands Film Fund, FilmCamp Norway and the Cultural Fund for Audiovisual Producers.
Glijnis is producer at Lemming Film in the Netherlands, where he has produced or co-produced films including Kleber Mendonça Filho’s The Secret Agent, Ido Fluk’s Köln 75 and Ninja Thyberg’s Pleasure.
Celis, producer at Mexico’s Pimienta Films, was associate producer on Jacques Audiard’s Emilia Perez, as well as producing Alfonso Cuaron’s Roma and co-producing Cristina Gallego and Ciro Guerra’s Birds Of Passage.
Further producers on the scheme this year include Marie Dubas of France’s Deuxieme Ligne Films, who produced Teona Strugar Mitevska’s God Exists, Her Name Is Petrunija; and Miia Haavisto of Finland’s Tekele Productions, who co-produced Venice 2024 selection Israel Palestine On Swedish TV 1958-1989.
Consultants for the programme are consultant Jeroen Achterberg, The Coaching Cabin’s Jo Bishop, and Mark van der Grift of training company For Real.
