Halle Berry, Zoë Kravitz, Colin Firth and Jack Whitehall star in a romantic comedy directed by Suzanne Farwell. Susan Cartsonis and Suzanne Farwell produce for Resonate Entertainment, and Laura Rister for Esme Grace Pictures. A couple’s dream wedding is thrown into disarray after their parents strike up an unlikely romance. CAA Media Finance is handling US rights.

The YouTube horror star behind Grimoire Horror channel Sam Evenson has teamed up with Smile producers Temple Hill Entertainment to adapt his short Ignore It into his feature directorial debut. Roofman star Lily Collias leads the cast.

Honeymoon/Funeral
Rebecca Ferguson and Greta Lee star in a romantic comedy about two women who meet on a flight from LA to London and wind up spending the week together. MRC is financing. Producers are Jennifer Carreras and Nahnatchka Khan under their Fierce Baby banner and Julia Bicknell.

Jonah
Greta Lee and Cooper Hoffman will star in Danya Taymor’s feature debut adaptation based on Rachel Bonds’ stage play about a woman revisiting the key relationships of her life. Taymor directed the Off-Broadway play and reunites with her lead Hagan Oliveras. Black Bear produces alongside Slow Pony. Production is scheduled to begin in September.

Copperhead
Miles Teller, Jason Momoa, Tenoch Huerta, Adria Arjona and Kiefer Sutherland are the key cast in the crime thriller about a conspiracy within an elite task force. John Swab directs, and Black Label Media finances and is producing with Lime Tree Productions and Milk Boy. Principal photography is scheduled for September in Oklahoma City.

Bluefly
Russell Crowe and Priyanka Chopra Jones will star in the sci-fi action thriller about a secret mission to recover a downed aircraft in Central Africa. Producers are Polite Society, Broken Open Pictures, G2 Dispatch, and Highland Film Group. Production is earmarked for later this year on Australia’s Gold Coast.

Speak Up
Martin Freeman will star for Dakota Gorman in the thriller about a woman who wakes up in a small-town hospital unable to speak after a car accident and must save herself from the doctor that tried to kill her. Producers Puma In A Tank Daniel-Konrad Cooper have scheduled a UK shoot in November.

Lincoln In The Bardo
Tom Hanks will voice the 16th US president in an animation/live-action hybrid about Abraham Lincoln’s relationship with his recently deceased 11-year-old son. Willem Dafoe, Jonathan Bailey, Peter Dinklage, Meryl Streep, Colman Domingo, Bill Hader and Tom Waits are among the cast portraying characters living and dead, real and imagined. Duke Johnson directs for Starburns Industries.

This Old Love Of Mine
Dianne West and Ciaran Hinds star in a comedy drama directed by Terry Loane. A couple’s happy retirement is upended when the husband discovers his wife had an affair early in their marriage. Katy Jackson and John Leslie for Wee Buns Films, and Jac Kerrin and Dominic Wright for Ripple World Pictures. Shooting will take place this autumn in UK and Ireland.
International sales: WestEnd Films
