UK production company Warp Films has appointed Amy O’Hara as producer to help bolster its feature film division.
Working with Warp Films CEO Mark Herbert, O’Hara will focus on developing new film projects as well as select filmmaker-led TV series.
O’Hara joins the Sheffield-based company from Film4, where she served as development and production executive since 2021. She was previously talent executive for BFI Network at Film Hub North.
Herbert said: “Amy’s appointment comes at a key moment for Warp as we expand our focus on feature filmmaking. Her creative instincts and experience make her a fantastic addition to the team, as we build on Warp’s legacy of bold, distinctive storytelling.”
O’Hara will join Warp Films in January, after leaving her role at Film4 in December.
Warp Films’ credits include Submarine, Four Lions and the Emmy-winning series Adolescence.
