The studio has concluded a deal with Adam Cohen and producers Sean and Bryan Furst, who have previously worked with Weinsteins on Sundance hit The Matador and three other projects.

F Javier Gutierrez is set to direct the sci-fi thriller although story details are being kept under wraps.

The Fursts are producing in partnership with Radar Pictures’ Ted Field and Mike Weber. Dimension svp of production Matthew Stein and vp of production and creative affairs Matthew Signer are overseeing for the studio.

President of business and legal affairs Andrew Kramer, director of business and legal Adrian Lopez and Matthew Stein from Dimension brokered the deal with David Boyle for Radar Pictures.
