Currently shooting in the UK are Farren Blackburn’s comedy Dream On as well as Andrew Harmer’s black comedy The Fitzroy.

Sienna Guillory and Richard Coyle are currently filming Farren Blackburn’s own adaptation of John Richardson’s Dream On. The story centres on an average man who embarks on an ambitious and seemingly fool-hardy challenge when he lays a bet with his last penny that he can shoot a subpar round of golf within a year.

Blackburn’s feature directorial debut is produced by Mark Pegg for his company Artifice. The $3.8m production is has commenced principal photography at Elstree Studios and will also shoot on location in South East England.

Also currently shooting is 1950s comedy The Fitzroy, with Andrew Harmer directing. Kenneth Collard, David Gant, Jan Anderson, David Schaal and Stuart McGugan are starring. The film is produced by Dresden Pictures and part of the funding was raised through Kickstarter.
