The former Cinemavault Releasing International evp of worldwide acquisitions and Canadian distribution has resurfaced with James Fler and Andrew Thomas Hunt to form Raven Banner Entertainment.

The full service media rights management company will focus on “unique and innovative genre-driven content.”
