Warner Bros has set a 2016 release date for The Conjuring 2.
The horror follow-up to the 2013 smash (pictured) will open theatrically in the US on June 10, 2016. James Wan will direct.
Meanwhile Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures has revealed that Touchstone/Lucasfilm’s Strange Magic will open on January 23, 2015.
Press release says both studios will be maintained. Minimum 30 releases a year, 45-day theatrical window.
