X-Men and Fantastic Four producer Ralph Winter and former studio executive Terry Botwick’s fledgling 1019 Entertainment is on schedule to complete filming its first production, the documentary Cool It, in April.

Ondi Timoner, whose credits include Sundance grand jury award winners We Live In Public and Dig!,directed and was inspired by the work, lectures, and writings of the Danish climate change academic Bjorn Lomborg. Winter and Botwick are producing along with Sarah Gibson.

Filming on Cool It began last September and tells the story of Lomborg’s evolution from Greenpeace activist to the leading voice for practical ways of solving man-made climate change.

1019 has more than 25 projects in development, both internally and at the studios, including Paul Verhoeven’s Surrogate starring Halle Berry, and the action thriller Man And Wife in conjunction with Peter Chernin.
