IM Global is co-financing with Reliance alongside the new partners and serves as international sales agent.

Lambert Media Group’s Michael Lambert and Sam Englebardt and William D. Johnson launched Demarest Films last April and will serve as co-financier and co-producer. Beijing-based E Stars Entertainment will co-finance.

Lucas Till, Embeth Davidtz, Julian McMahon, Josh Holloway and Richard Dreyfuss round out the key cast on the corporate espionage thriller. Paranoia will shoot in Philadelphia and New York.

Alexandra Milchan of Emjag Productions produces alongside William D Johnson of Demarest and Deepak Nayar of Kintop Reliance, Reliance’s joint production venture with Kintop Pictures.

IM Global CEO Stuart Ford, Scott Lambert of Film 360, Sam Englebardt of Demarest, Allen Liu of E Stars, Douglas Urbanski, Christophe Riandee of Gaumont, Ryan Kavanaugh and Tucker Tooley of Relativity Media will serve as executive producers.

Jason Dean Hall adapted the screenplay from a previous draft by Barry Levy based on Joseph Finder’s novel Paranoia. Relativity will release in the US on Sept 27, 2013.
