The American Zoetrope and Lifetime Films drama starring Diane Lane, Arnaud Viard and featuring Alec Baldwin has wrapped production in the south of France.

ICM Partners represents North American rights while Protagonist Pictures handles international sales on the film, which has been earmarked for a festival launch and 2016 theatrical release.

Eleanor Coppola’s scripted directorial debut follows a neglected film producer’s wife who takes a life-affirming and romantic two-day road trip with her husband’s associate.

Coppola wrote the original screenplay and produced Bonjour Anne with longtime collaborator Fred Roos.

Molly Thompson of A+E Studios serves as executive producer with Lisa Hamilton Daly, Rob Sharenow and Tanya Lopez for Lifetime Films. 

The American Zoetrope and Lifetime Films drama is being made in association with A+E Studios and is financed by Corner Piece Capital.

Tohokushinsha will distribute in Japan and select Asian territories.
