EXCLUSIVE: The British independent comedy is being produced by Ray Panthaki for his company Urban Way.
BAFTA nominated This Is England actress Vicky McClure has signed on to star in British independent comedy Convenience, produced by Ray Panthaki for his company Urban Way.
Panthaki also stars in the film, which begins shooting this weekend in Wales and centres around first time criminals Ajay (Panthaki) and Shaan (Four Lions actor Adeel Akhtar) who decide to rob a petrol station to pay back some Russian gangsters.
The film will be the feature debut of director Keri Collins.
Panthaki set up Urban Way in 2006, with the first production to come out of the company being City Rats starring Danny Dyer, Tamer Hassan and Susan Lynch, released in the UK by Revolver Entertainment.
Last summer, Urban Way completed production on The Man Inside starring Peter Mullan, Ashley Thomas and David Harewood.
