As the Toronto deals continued to come in, Magnolia Pictures announced on Friday (14) it had taken North American rights to The Brass Teapot.

Cinedigm Entertainment Group has acquired US rights to the English-language horror film Come Out And Play from Belarus-born Makinov, whose eccentric style demands that he wear a mask while filming in order to hide his identity.

Cinedigm will kick off theatrical distribution in early 2013 followed by on-demand, digital and DVD.
