
Screen International has unveiled the shortlist for the 2026 Global Production Awards, which celebrates outstanding and sustainable work in the world of film and TV production, locations and studios.

Among the companies shortlisted are Netflix, NBC Universal and HBO, while shortlisted productions include Hamnet, Frankenstein, Jurassic World Rebirth, Young Sherlock, One Piece and A Knight Of The Seven Kingdoms.
The awards will take place at the Cannes Film Festival on May 18 at a ceremony at the Mademoiselle Gray Barrière. The event is invite-only, but you can register your interest here, and a member of the Global Productions Award team will be in touch if your registration is successful.
Judges for the fourth Global Production Awards include Andy Harries, executive chairman of The Crown producer Left Bank Pictures; Tamara Tatishvili, head of the International Film Festival Rotterdam’s Hubert Bals Fund; Yasmine Lintmeijer, head of Disney Studios Australia; and Melissa Heuer, principal for economic development policy at Amazon MGM Studios.
