Principal photography on the romantic comedy Hysteria is scheduled to start on Monday [25] in London. The shoot will move to Luxembourg in mid-November.

The film chronicles the invention of the vibrator in Victorian England and stars Maggie Gyllenhaal, Hugh Dancy, Jonathan Pryce, Rupert Everett and Ashley Jensen, among others.

Tanya Wexler is directing from a script by Stephen Dyer and Jonah Lisa Dyer. Forthcoming Films’ Sarah Curtis, Informant Media’s Judy Cairo and Beachfront Films’ Tracey Becker are producing.

Elle Driver is handling international sales and Tom Ortenberg’s One Way Out Media represents North American rights.
