Production is underway on The Foxhounds, a feature documentary about the former securities industry executive who tried to warn Wall Street about Bernie Madoff a decade before the notorious fraudster’s Ponzi scheme was exposed.

Jeff Prosserman is directing and producing, based on Harry Markopolos’ bestseller No One Would Listen: A True Financial Thriller. Former THINKFilm executives Jeff Sackman and Randy Manis serve as executive producers with Anton Nadler.

E1 Entertainment is handling international sales and will introduce the film to buyers in Cannes. Sackman and Manis retain US rights and E1 Entertainment holds Canadian rights.

“When I met Harry Markopolos I discovered the incredible courage, passion, and resilience of his team and was absolutely convinced that this story must be revealed to the world,” Prosserman said.

“Audiences will be captivated by this explosive David and Goliath tale,” Sackman said. “You might think you know this story, but until you hear it directly from Harry Markopolos, you have only scratched the surface.”
