Punk Cinema plans Gigolos follow-up later in 2006

UK production company PunkCinema has commissioned the writers and actors its film The Gigolos to write a follow-up.

Sacha 'Tarter andTrevor Sather will write Billion Dollar Break for production in late 2006.

The caper comedy is about aRussian billionaire and an office drone who find themselves on the run togetheracross Europe.

Richard Bracewell, who directedThe Gigolos and is also on board for the new film, said: "It's Midnight Run across Europe. Billion Dollar Break is a fast-paced comedy where the two leads discoveran unlikely friendship. We are once again promoting new comedy talent at thesame time as creating British movies that are fresh and commercial."''

Some financing has alreadybeen raised from private equity sources in London and Madrid.
