In a coup for Mark Urman’s Paladin, the fledgling distributor will release an English language version of Reliance BIG’s Bollywood film Kites: The Remix in the US on May 21.

Reliance is releasing the Hindi version of Kites on May 21 in India and said the film would go out on more than 2,000 screens in India, the US and Canada. Paladin will distribute on more than 200 in the US.

As previously announced Brett Ratner, whose Rat Entertainment has a production deal with Reliance, presents the English language version. The US premiere is scheduled for New York on May 16.
