Open Road Films has promoted Elliott Kleinberg to COO and renewed CFO Steven Andriuzzo’s deal.  

Kleinberg previously served as general counsel and evp of operations and business affairs. Prior to joining Open Road Films, Kleinberg served as COO of United Artists and before that he was a partner at the law firm of Kleinberg Lopez Lange Cuddy Edel & Klein.

Andriuzzo joined Open Road Films at its inception in 2011 from Paramount Pictures, where he served as svp of planning and finance for the domestic home entertainment division.  Prior to Paramount, Andriuzzo spent several years with DreamWorks where he served as head of corporate finance and motion picture group controller and played a key role in the IPO of DreamWorks Animation.
