Toni Collette and Milly Alcock star in this survival thriller, to shoot in Australia, about a mother and daughter’s trip to a wellness spa in an effort to reconnect that turns into a fight for survival. Lucy Knox directs.

Useful Idiots
Meryl Streep and Sigourney Weaver will star for Fifth Season and Closer Media in a New York-set thriller about a disillusioned luxury property reporter who may have stumbled onto the story of a lifetime. Joseph Cedar (Beaufort, Footnote) will direct.

Croak
Mutant toad sci-fi from Australian filmmaking brothers, the Van Vuuren Bros, starring Kate Box, Felix Cameron, Justin Rosniak and Davida McKenzie.

Phantom Son
David Yates will direct Oscar winner Renée Zellweger in the psychological thriller about a lonely woman who takes in a runaway and becomes convinced the youngster is her long-lost son who was kidnapped 20 years prior.

Ibelin
Vendôme Pictures and Pathé are producing Ibelin, a narrative adaptation of a story that premiered as a documentary at 2024 Sundance. Morten Tyldum will direct Charlie Plummer, Stephen Graham, nominee Toni Collette, Maisy Stella, and Anthony Hopkins in the true tale of a young man with a degenerative muscular disease who unbeknownst to his family inhabits as an inspiring and beloved alter ego in in the World Of Warcraft online video game.

Silverback 
Irish thriller starring Jason Isaacs and Tom Vaughan-Lawlor, produced by Forty Foot Pictures, in the directorial debut feature from Steve Kenny. A notorious criminal moves in next door to a stay-at-home dad.

Override
Frank Grillo and Maria Bakalova lead a sci-fi survival thriller currently shooting in Belfast, about a futuristic soldier’s fight against the clock for survival.

Love Language 
Chloë Grace Moretz and Anthony Ramos star in a romantic comedy produced by Caviar and directed by Joey Power, about a woman with a gift for writing other people’s wedding vows.

Bad Bridgets
Daisy Edgar-Jones and Emilia Jones star for LuckyChap Entertainment and Coup d’Etat in a revenge thriller spanning 19th century Ireland and New York from Kneecap director Rich Peppiatt. WME Independent handles US sales. A spring 2026 production start is set for Northern Ireland and Ireland.

King Snake
Jeff Nichols directs the Gothic horror about a haunted Arkansas farm starring Margaret Qualley, Drew Starkey, and Michael Shannon for Tri-State Pictures in association with Range Media Partners. FilmNation is the financier.

Reenactment
Benicio del Toro will star and Cameron Diaz is in talks to co-star in Grant Singer’s follow-up to his 2023 crime drama Reptile that starred del Toro. Plot details remain under wraps. The project is co-produced and financed by Black Label Media and Patrick Wachsberger’s 193.

The Turning Door
Alicia Vikander, Jamie Dornan, Jodie Turner-Smith, Bill Nighy and Gillian Anderson voice a family fantasy animation, currently in production, and produced by 2AM and Maere Studios.

Hey Bear
Debut feature from US TV comedy writer Jonathan Krisel, set to star Mia Goth,  Zach Galifianakis and Dan Stevens. A woman seeks revenge on the grizzly bear that ate her husband.

All Day & All Night
Tommy Wirkola will direct Josh Hartnett as a reformed bank robber who returns to his old ways to fund his daughter’s Harvard tuition fees and accidentally stumbles with his crew onto the broadcast of a reality TV show. Wirkola is producing with XYZ Films, who are financing the project in association with IPR.VC. The producers have earmarked a 2026 production start.

Tumor
Sam Rockwell and My Old Ass newcomer Maisy Stella will star in the psychological thriller based on the graphic novel about a Los Angeles private eye with a late-stage tumour who investigates the disappearance of a wealthy politician’s daughter. Will Bridges directs.

The Arrival
Kingsley Ben-Adir, Archie Madekwe, Joanna Scanlan and Alex Descas will star in Olivier award-winning UK theatre director Bijan Sheibani’s adaptation of his stage play about two long-lost brothers who reunite years after one was given up for adoption as an infant. The project is in post after a London summer shoot.

Alone Together
Callum Turner, Adria Arjona and Amir El-Masry will star for Limbo director Ben Sharrock in the tale of two strangers – played by Turner and Arjona – whose lives collide during a rare storm in a desert city, sparking a brief but profound connection that leads to a journey of self-discovery. Production is earmarked for Oman in March 2026.

Blood Curse 
Chiou Hau-Jou’s Taiwanese feature is based on actual events and follows a young exorcist who suspects his college classmate is possessed and uncovers a horrifying truth. The cast includes Tsao Yu-Ning, Chloe Xiang, Tien Hsin, and Kaiser Chuang.
International sales: Mokster Films 

Operation Napoleon – Tears Of The Wolf
Production began in late September in Finland on Jyri Kahonen’s sequel to 2023 thriller Operation Napoleon and will also shoot in Iceland and Hamburg. The film follows a lawyer and her team who embark on a hunt for a stash of Nazi diamonds hidden during the Second World War.
