Myriad Pictures has acquired international sales rights from Broken Lizard to the comedy Freeloaders.

Dan Rosen directed a cast that includes Jane Seymour, Dave Foley, Olivia Munn and Clifton Collins Jr.

The storyfollows slackers in a rock star’s mansion whose lifestyle is threatened when the musician decides to sell his pad. Rosen and Dave Gibbs wrote the screenplay.

Broken Lizard’s Richard Perello and Julia Dray are producing with Thomas Gardner and Gregory P Cimino II and  Adam Duritz from the band Counting Crows.
