First look at Matt Dillon in Lars von Trier's 'The House That Jack Built'

The first image of Lars von Trier’s upcoming project The House That Jack Built has been released.

The creepy still shows Matt Dillon as the titular serial killer. The plot is told from Jack’s point of view as aspires to commit the perfect murder over a decade of practice. It is set in Washington State during the 1970s and 80s, at a time before DNA evidence was used in murder cases.

The cast also includes Bruno Ganz, Uma Thurman, Riley Keough, Siobhan Fallon Hogan and Sofie Grabol.

TrustNordisk released the image and are handling sales on the title, which will be released in 2018. Curzon Artificial Eye has UK rights.
