Principal photography has begun in South Carolina on Little Red Wagon, with Chandler Canterbury (Knowing), Anna Gunn (Breaking Bad) and Frances O’Connor (Mansfield Park) starring.

The film is based on the life of Zach Bonner (played by Canterbury), a Florida eight-year-old who became a campaigner for the homeless youth of America.

David Anspaugh (Hoosiers) is directing from an original screenplay by Patrick Sheane Duncan (Mr Holland’s Opus). Producers are David Kanter and Michael Guillen and executive producers are Steve Golin and Barbara Kelly.

Philanthropy Project, a not-for-profit initiative to use film and TV to inspire philanthropic work, is presenting the project.
