Steve Howey, Ashley Williams and Jill Eikenberry have joined the cast of Alcon Entertainment-based 2S Films’ Something Borrowed.

Filming is set to begin in New York later this week on the story of a young Manhattan attorney who gets involved with her best friend’s fiancé.

Kate Hudson, Ginnfer Goodwin and John Krasinski star in the adaptation of Emily Giffin’s debut novel of the same name. Luke Greenfield is directing from Jennie Urman’s adapted screenplay.

Alcon Entertainment co-founders and co-CEOs Andrew Kosove and Broderick Johnson are producing with 2S principals Hilary Swank and Molly Smith. Aaron Lubin and Pamela Schein Murphy of Wild Ocean Films will also produce.
