Twixt is about a young writer who gets caught up in murder while touring with his book in a small town.
Coppola will talk about the film during a panel discussion on Jul 23. Twixt stars Val Kilmer, Bruce Dern, Elle Fanning and Ben Chaplin.
Coppola described the film, which incorporates 2D and 3D passages, as “one part Gothic romance, one part personal film, and one part the kind of horror film that began my career.”
The film was self-financed and is based on an original screenplay by Coppola.
