Corsan has booked a slew of deals on new Bruce Willis action-thriller Expiration, which Corsan is co-financing with Emmett/Furla Films.

Deals include Germany (Square One), Latin America (California Filmes), Japan (Happinet), China (HGC), Italy (Adler), East Europe (SPI), Greece (Odeon), Philippines (Silverline), South Korea (Daou), Middle East (Eagle Films), Malaysia (Golden Screen), Turkey (Mediavyzion), Thailand (Sahamongol), Hong Kong (Intercontinental), South Africa (Sabido), Taiwan and India (Parkit), Indonesia (PT Internusa) and Airlines (Cinesky).

Corsan’s Pascal Borno, president of sales, and Alain Gillissen, vp of sales, began conversations during Toronto and confirmed deals here at the AFM.

Due to go into production in early 2014, the film sees Willis play a former CIA agent, who after being poisoned and told he has one day to live, must find out who his murderer is and see the woman he loves one last time.

The script is by Broken City writer Brian Tucker, who also produces. The production is currently attaching a director and additional cast.

Paul Breuls’ Belgium-based finance and production outfit cemented a slate deal with Emmett/Furla/Oasis Films during Toronto, which will also see Corsan invest in projects including Martin Scorsese-directed Silence, Vin Diesel project The Last Witch Hunter, and Baltasar Kormakur’s Everest.

Corsan this week also inked a multi-territory deal with Sony Classics on Liam Neeson drama Third Person.
