Reel Suspects, the new Paris-based sales and coproduction company set up by Matteo Lovadina, has picked up international rights to David Verbeek’s Club Zeus.

The film won the International Film Festival Rotterdam’s Return Of The Tiger award last week.

Club Zeus joins Reel’s Berlin roster, which already includes Flemish auteur Koen Mortier’s 22nd May, which also screened in Rotterdam’s Return Of The Tiger sidebar.

Distributors are circling Mortier’s film which Michel Reilhac, Executive Director of Arte France Cinéma and Director of Film Acquisitions for ARTE France, recently described as “exceptional” and “impressive.”

Other market premieres on Reel’s EFM slate include Anarchy in Zirmunai by Saulius Drunga and erotic drama Q by French director Laurent Bouhnik. Reel is also handling experiemntal doc NO, Global Tour by Santiago Sierra (which screens in Berlin’s Expanded Forum section.)
