All eyes will be on Tron: Legacy this weekend as Disney plots world domination and attempts to usurp The Chronicles Of Narnia heading into the holiday season.

Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures International has scheduled to roll out the sci-fi adventure in around 30 territories day-and-date with North America.

Heavy hits are expected to come from the UK, Australia, Spain, Japan and Brazil. Tron: Legacy also opens in Sweden and Argentina. The remainder of Europe and Latin America opens next weekend followed by most of the world including South Korea by the end of December.

Germany and Italy open at the end of January 2011 and France opens on February 9. Tangled stands at $85.1m and opens this weekend in Portugal.

Fox International’s The Chronicles Of Narnia: Voyage Of The Dawn Treader arrives in Germany, Italy and Austria this weekend and has raced to $83.9m after two weekends.

The rom-com Love And Other Drugs opens in Australia, thriller Unstoppable is on more than $55.6m, and Vampires Suck has grossed $43.9m.

Warner Bros Pictures International top brass expect Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows: Part 1 to cross $450m in the coming days.

The film launches in South Korea and Hong Kong this weekend, two potentially lucrative markets that will combine with holdovers to boost the $432.8m running total. Due Date stands at $91.5m.

PPI gives Megamind a big push in 19 territories, among them France, Italy, Mexico and South Africa. The animation stands at $71.9m. Our Lady Of Aparecida opens in Brazil. Shrek Forever After arrives in Japan on December 18.

VOLGAFILM will be looking for continued success on Sundance 2010 horror-comedy Tucker & Dale Vs Evil after it opened in Russia and CIS in second place on $1.4m. Voltage Pictures handled international sales on the title and a North American deal is expected in 2011.
