
New sales outfit Lucky Number 8 Media, a joint venture between Lucky Number 8 Productions and Luminosity Pictures, will launches EFM sales on the prison siege thriller Eleven Days starring Taylor Kitch, Diego Luna, Jason Isaacs, and Golden Globe winner Rhea Seehorn.
Based on the book 11 Days In Hell by William T Harper, Eleven Days tells the true story of one of the most harrowing prison sieges in American history. Kitsch plays Jim Estelle, the newly-installed head of the Texas Department of Corrections who is thrust into a standoff at the State Penitentiary in Huntsville when notorious narco kingpin Federico Carrasco (Luna), ignites a hostage crisis as part of a meticulously planned escape.
Estelle is forced into negotiations to save the lives of inmates and prison personnel including the prison’s priest (Isaacs) and librarian (Seehorn). The cast includes Jennifer Carpenter, Jeffrey Donovan, Lola Kirke, Tenoch Huerta, John Gallagher Jr., and Richard Cabral.
The film is in post and was developed and produced by Vincent Newman and Lucky Number Eight’s Vance Howard. Peter Landesman directs and co-wrote the screenplay.

Kitch’s credits include X-Men Origins: Wolverine, Lone Survivor, 21 Bridges, and Savages. He currently stars in Amazon Prime’s The Terminal List: Dark Wolf with Chris Pratt and Constance Wu. Luna stars in the Disney+ series Andor and Bill Condon’s Kiss Of The Spider Woman, and broke out in Alfonso Cuarón’s Y Tu Mamá También. Coming up are Netflix’s Mexico 86, and Amazon Prime Video’s The Boys: Mexico.
Seehorn currently stars in the Apple TV series Pluribus for which she won the lead dramatic TV actress Golden Globe last weekend. She was a lead in Better Call Saul. Isaacs has starred in The White Lotus and the Harry Potter films, and has begun production on Amazon Prime Video’s live-action Tomb Raider series.
