Sahamongkolfilm International secures spate of deals on action film.
Thailand’s Sahamongkolfilm International has done another slew of sales on action film Bangkok Knockout: BKO after its world premiere at EFM. The film added sales from Klockwerx for Japan, Long Shong for Taiwan, CP Digital for Russia/CIS and Taksi for Turkey.
“The title has been selling very well in Berlin, and has further deals pending for other territories,” said Gilbert Lim, executive vice president of Sahamongkolfilm.
Wolfram Weimer has given details of the conditions of the agreement reached with Tricia Tuttle to stay at the Berlinale.
Tuttle has agreed to remain in post following the latest meeting of the festival’s organising committee KBB.
However, some expressed concern big market titles were being kept for Cannes.
