Hot Docs Canadian International Documentary Festival and Shaw Media have announced the eight projects selected to receive a total of $203,000 in grants and no-interest loans.
The beneficiaries of the sixth round of funding from the Shaw Media-Hot Docs Funds include: Color Me by Sherien Barsoum; Trouble In The Peace by Julian Pinder; and When Dreams Take Flight by Jeremy Torrie.
The five no-interest loan recipients are Michael McNamara for The Borderless Sky; Francine Pelletier for The Dark Side Of The Moon; Sarah Goodman and Sarah Zammit for Dear Allan; David Ridgen for VeHEMenT; and Jean Fontaine for The World According to Morgue.
