The sequel to the 2014 cult horror It Follows with Maika Monroe reprising her role and David Robert Mitchell returning to direct. Neon will co-produce alongside Good Fear Content. Starts filming in early 2024.

Saoirse Ronan leads Jonatan Etzler’s English-language debut - a satirical comedy and thriller about a school teacher who locks one of her students in her basement. Produced by Pulse Films, it is aiming for a UK shoot in spring 2024 under Equity.

The third film in the heist thriller franchise with returning cast Jesse Eisenberg, Woody Harrelson, and Morgan Freeman. Ruben Fleischer directs with a screenplay from Michael Lesslie. Alex Kurtzman and Bobby Cohen are once again producing.

Gracie And Pedro’s (Not So) Awesome Adventure
Bill Nighy, Alicia Silverstone, Brooke Shields, Danny Trejo and Susan Sarandon lend their voices to this animated family adventure co-directed by Kevin Donovan and Gottfried Roodt. Currently in post-production for 2024 release. Produced by Second Chance.

Idris Elba co-directs this survival thriller, with Martin Owen, about a group of astronauts who find themselves trapped in the middle of the ocean. It will shoot at the UK’s Pinewood Studios under Equity contracts. Produced by Future Artists Entertainment.

Taron Egerton stars as a man newly released from prison who goes on the run with his young daughter. Nick Rowland directs with a script from Ben Collins and Luke Piotrowski while Fifth Season is producing. Shooting early 2024 with a SAG-AFTRA interim.

Cowgirl’s Last Ride
Comedy adventure starring Geena Davis, Scoot McNairy, Julia Sweeney and Jill Scott. Leena Yadav’s feature follows an unorthodox retired Texas cowgirl who escapes her Dallas nursing home. Shooting is set to commence in the first half of 2024.

Rabbit Trap
Horror film starring Dev Patel and Rosy McEwen as married musicians whose lives a disrupted by the arrival of a strange child. Directed by Bryn Chainey with Elijah Wood and Patel among the producers. Filming was recently completed in Wales.

Whistle
Corin Hardy directs this High School horror movie starring Nick Frost, Dafne Keen, Sophie Nélisse, Sky Yang and Percy Hynes White. Principal photography commences in November in Canada’s Ontario with cast under ACTRA contracts.

Beast Of War
Kiah Roache-Turner’s Second World War drama pits a band of soldiers stranded in the open ocean against a great white shark. Production begins in 2024 in Australia and Malta.

Emily Carey, Claes Bang and Suki Waterhouse will star in this psychological thriller about a young woman haunted by a creature from Celtic mythology. Johnny Blair directs the feature which is aiming for an early 2024 shoot in Europe.

Christopher Smith’s horror comedy follows a group of social media influencers going to the launch party of a new luxury resort on a beautiful island, with deadly spiders. Vertigo Films produces.

Night Of The Zoopocalypse
Animation about a group of animals who are turned into zombies after a meteor hits the zoo. Directed by Ricardo Curtis (The Incredibles) and Rodrigo Perez-Castro with a voice cast including David Harbour and Paul Sun-Hyung Lee.

The Morrigan
Irish horror led by Saffron Burrows about an archaeologist who excavates a cursed tomb. Starts shooting in Northern Ireland from November 6, with a SAG-AFTRA interim agreement. Written and directed by Colum Eastwood.
